In this program, players will practice a variety of skills: transitioning, passing, stick handling, puck control, puck protection, and shooting. The fast paced action also provides players with the opportunity to work on their aerobic and anaerobic endurance. Players love the open ice and fast pace! 3 on 3 allows them a chance to be creative on the ice all while keeping their skills sharp once their regular season has ended in February/March.
