 Part of the Alberta Football League and full contact semi-professional football, the Airdrie Irish provides a venue for football athletes to continue to play after they have finished their career in high school, junior, university or even after their time spent in the CFL. 

 Introducing many young athletes to football. All Airdrie Minor Football Coaches are Safe Contact Certified through Football Canada. .

 In 2016 The Airdrie Football Society started Airdrie's first Flag Football League. The League runs from the end of April to the End of June every Spring. Registration opens in February and closes March 31st. The League is Split into 4 Divisions .

 The Airdrie Raiders Spring Football Team plays in the Calgary Spring Football Association (CSFA) Players compete in 12 man football using Canadian Football League rules. This is a Competitive Team that develops players to be better for their High School Football teams. Players from Bert Church, George Mac, W.H. Croxford, Drumheller  and all surrounding communities combine together to make an All-Star team.
